GYMRISE Services Agreement
Subscription Term & Payment Obligations
In consideration for services, you agree to pay to GYMRISE LLC. ("GYMRISE"):
You agree to be bound to this Services Agreement for the entirety of the Initial Term, and you shall be responsible for making all payments to GYMRISE which accrue during the Initial Term. After the expiration of the Initial Term, your subscription will automatically renew month-to-month under the terms of this Agreement, including your obligation to pay the Monthly Payment set forth above.
GYMRISE University Materials and Access
You will have access to the Personal Training University Portal, Owners Portal, and Membership Sales University Portal.
Terms and Conditions
By entering into this Services Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following provisions, each of which requires your initials.
License & Subscription Agreement
By signing below, you understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Services Agreement and any and all ancillary agreements incorporated by reference hereto, including the License Agreement above.
