GYMRISE LLC (“GYMRISE,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about visitors to gymrise.com and clients who sign up for our coaching services.

- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and mailing address.
- Business information — legal business name, DBA, club address, and other operational details you provide during onboarding.
- Payment and billing information — bank routing and account numbers, and any credit or debit card details you provide for recurring subscription payments. Payment credentials are handled by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
- Contract records — signed agreements, timestamps, IP addresses, and audit trails associated with electronic signatures.
- Usage information — pages you view, features you interact with, and general analytics about your visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve our coaching services.
- Process contracts, payments, and subscription renewals.
- Communicate with you about your account, services, and updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers we use to operate our business — including DocuSign (electronic signing), Stripe or similar processors (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend or similar (email), and analytics services. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
- Legal and compliance — if required to comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide services, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and the statute of limitations. Signed contracts and their audit trails are retained for a minimum of six (6) years following the end of the agreement term.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your personal information).

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
